Great food choices for breakfast.

10 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in the middle of jackson.

I stayed for 5 days and 2 of those days I didn't have a/c.

Good breakfast

The way I was treated by the staff. I had specifically asked for two double beds, but upon my arrival I was told they didn't have any and the only thing they could do was put a roll away in the room. I am pregnant and very nauseous so I needed my own space but nothing happening. The other soccer palyers parents ran into the same deal but the front desk offered them a suite to accomodate them. I paid a good bit of money on this stay and was treated like dirt. I will never stay at the hotel again nor will the soccer team/parents. We all were extremely mad and disappointed. We told the front desk what the pool did to our kids and they said it was not bleach or cholrine but the salt the use. I have never heard of salt making a purple swim suit turn pink!!!!!!!

We were in town for a wedding we spent bulk of our time away from the hotel to prepare for the wedding the hotel staff accused a member of our party of smoking weed in the room and kicked them out of the hotel . No one in our party smokes anything not even vapor . This was not discussed or even brought to our attention . They were locked out of the room and had to escorted to remove their items from the room this prompted our whole to have to seek other accommodations since there was a football game in town we were left with no options other than Smoking rooms elsewhere we were disrespected by the staff and crimnalized without even being contacted

needed early check in and was vague on both calls about whether cld our not. not tried to make an effort to do so, result I had to leave later than wanted to get there. never said wld try to help

The comfy beds made for great sleep, and the free Wi-Fi was a huge plus. I loved the guest laundry-it kept my trip hassle-free! Awesome that there are close restaurants to walk to after a long day. The decor was inviting and modern.

I was in a non-smoking room, but it smelled like there were smoking rooms on the floor.

The room was very comfy and tidy, and the bed was just perfect. The staff was super friendly, especially our housekeeper, norma, who always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was hot and the dining lady was wonderful!

The food and the lady who cooked and served us was wonderful!! We noticed that the same service was provided to all who entered the room. This was a very pleasant lady, who obviously enjoyed her job.

You won't believe how friendly the staff was. They welcomed us and made sure we were all set with everything we needed. The breakfast was surprisingly good, I'm telling you, fresh coffee and a nice selection of food made our mornings a lot better.

It felt a bit steep for what we got, but not a deal breaker.

The room was clean and well laid out, but the air conditioning was a bit of a struggle. It was set to 60 and still felt hot, so propping the door open for airflow was necessary. The staff was friendly, but something definitely needs fixing with the AC. It also felt safe having the door open, but not ideal for sleeping. It had potential but really needs some maintenance work.
